Hang weight for a whole hog on our farm ranges from 200-250 lbs.
Farm fees are $5/lb
Our butcher charges $125 kill fee and $1.25/lb cut and wrap, cured $1.35/lb*
We ask for a reservation deposit of $300 payable by cash or check.
If you make a reservation, we will contact you when your butcher dates are confirmed.
The butcher will then contact you to talk about your cut preferences. (He will walk you through this part if you are not familiar with it so no worries.)
When your pork is ready, we will notify you of the total remaining balance and schedule delivery.
We will pick up your pork from the butcher and deliver to you (or meet you somewhere) at your convenience whereupon the remaining balance will be due.
