Hang weight for a whole beef from our farm averages around 600 lbs.
Farm fees are $6/lb
Our butcher charges a $150 kill fee and $1.25/lb cut and wrap.
We ask for a reservation deposit of $800 payable by cash or check.

If you make a reservation, we will contact you when butcher dates are confirmed in the fall.
The butcher will then contact you to talk about your cut preferences. (He will walk you through this part if you are not familiar with it so no worries.)
When your beef is ready, we will notify you of the total remaining balance and schedule delivery.
We will pick up from the butcher and deliver to you (or meet you) at your convenience whereupon the remaining balance will be due.
